  • We are not responsible for any lost items.  You may arrange to pick up your package at your local Post Office to prevent theft.  You can make these arrangements ​by contacting your local Post Office.

  • YOU CAN CHOOSE DELIVERY WITH SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT to ensure no one receives your package but you.  This option is availble during checkout.  If you will be unavailable to sign for your package on the expected delivery date, you can make arrangements to pick up your package by contacting your local Post Office.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for product arrival.  Shipped orders are sealed to reduce any leaking during transport.  

  • ​Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment.

  • All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, Fed Ex or DHL and take approximately 5-7 business days.

  • Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 24hrs for updates to occur.

  • If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office, Fed Ex or DHL.

  • Orders placed Friday through Sunday, will be processed on Monday.

  • Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided via checkout.

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by customer on file. 

  • Changes to address destination are not allowed once orders are shipped.  




*ELIXIR/LIP BALM during summer months:  Excessive heat may soften and melt your butter.  Upon arrival, we recommend that you place your jar of Elixir and Lip Balm tubes in the refrigerator, sitting upright, for 1-2 hours to harden before opening and using!  Store at room temperature afterwards.
